Eric Lajoux unexpectedly passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016. Born in Paris, France, he moved as a young child with his family to New York. He graduated from Ithaca College and worked for over three decades with Anthem Inc, the largest for-profit managed health care company in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.  He enjoyed the outdoors, appreciated the arts, was a talented guitarist and a natural in the ocean, and he had a true passion for cooking. He is survived by his daughters Danielle and Allison; his spouse of over twenty years, Donna; and his brother, Regis. He will truly be missed, and his memory will always remain in our hearts.

A wake will be held to remember his life on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY.  A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gabriel Church on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 10 a.m. Committal at Woodlawn Cemetery.
