George "Chip" Delaney on June 16, 2017 at age 56.  Dear son of the late Maura Rubencamp, who was also his great friend and teacher in life, and George J. Delaney. Sr.  Beloved brother of Andrew, Paul (Wendy), and John, nephew of Dr. Philip and Eileen Varriale and cousin of their children Donna, Philip, and David, and uncle of Emma, Jack, and Michael Delaney.  Graduate of Riverdale Country School and Tufts University.  Member of the Screen Actors Guild.  Resident of the Chelsea district of Manhattan.  Chip had a happy disposition and loved to play and watch sports, New York City, and attending his Chelsea Church. Visitation Thursday June 22, 2017 from 5-8 pm at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx NY. Mass of Christian Burial 9:45 am Friday at St. Margaret of Cortona Church. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
