Edward McCool of Riverdale, NY (originally from Clonmany, Co. Donegal, Ireland) passed away Monday, February 26 surrounded by his loving family.  Beloved husband of the late Maureen.  Devoted father to Edward (Valerie), Joseph (Lisa), and Mary.  Cherished grandfather to Aiden, Nieve, Alex, and Juliet.  Loving brother to Denis, Patrick, Tony, Annie, Sheila, Sally, and twin sister Eileen.  Adored uncle of his nieces and nephews in the USA, Ireland, and England.  Avid supporter of Donegal (GAA), Manchester United, and New York Islanders.  Reposing on Thursday March 1, 2018 from 7-9pm, Friday March 2, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY.  Funeral Mass Saturday March 3, 2018 at 9:45am at St. Margaret of Cortona Church, 6000 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY.  Burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, NY.
