Irene Maddocks passed away on September 18, 2019. Mrs. Maddocks was born and raised in the East Village of Manhattan in New York City. The only daughter of father, Mr. Peter Pasynuk, a Barbershop owner, and mother Mrs. Jennie Pasynuk. She was married for 45 years to the late Mr. John Maddocks,  a Power Memorial, and Manhattan College Alum, and Texaco Inc. Sales Manager.

Mrs. Maddocks most recently worked at Manhattan College in their Alumni Relations Department.

Irene is survived by her only son, Pete Maddocks, nieces ,Valerie Maddocks and Tina Rowen, and nephew, Michael Maddocks.

Reposing Sunday 4-8 pm and Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Ave.  Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 9:45 am at St. Margaret of Cortona Church.   Interment Calverton National Cemetery.
