We regret to announce the passing of Eugene (Gene) Flood, age 89 from Inwood, NY, more recently of Long Beach, NY. Gene passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 18th from natural causes. He will be forever loved and remembered. He is predeceased by his parents, Richard and Florence, his sister Carolyn, and his beloved wife Renee. He is survived by his four children, Gene, Edna, Matt, and June and his six grandchildren, Christopher, Richie, Jessica, Audria, Matthew and Sophia. Visitation will be held from 5-9:00 PM, Tuesday, November 23rd at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home, 6110 Riverdale Ave, Bronx NY. The funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, November 24th at 10:00 AM at Good Shepherd Church, 4962 Broadway, NY, NY. The burial is to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 10 Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY.
