Darren C. Lindsey was born in New York City, January 1, 1963. He passed away peacefully in the hospital on July 13th 2022. He is pre-deceased by his Mother Barbara, father James F Lindsey and Sister Cheryl. Darren is survived by his sister Debra, Brother James B Lindsey, nieces Latasha and Katrina and nephew Shawn.

Darren worked over 11 years at Project Renewal as a Housing Coordinator and loved his job. His duties was to coordinate housing for inmates being released from Sing-Sing Correctional facility.   He supported small business and always gave to the less fortunate.  Darren was always there to lend a helping hand especially with Narcotics Anonymous Support Groups, which he was a member and supporter for over 16 years.  Darren was kind compassionate and generous and will be missed by many. 

Family, friends and co-workers will celebrate Darren’s life at on Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 2-5 pm at RIVERDALE-ON-HUDSON Funeral Home, Inc, 6110 Riverdale Avenue Bronx, NY 10471.
