Christopher Robert De Bard died peacefully on August 14th, 2022, at the age of 73.

Born in the Bronx, New York to Raymond E. and Mary T. (Flynn) De Bard, Christopher was a devoted son, brother, and uncle. He was predeceased by brother Michael De Bard.

He is survived by his sisters, Deborah (George) Pitula and Susan De Bard, and his brother Philip (April) De Bard. He was very proud of his nieces and nephews, Katharine Reilly, Elizabeth Pitula, John-Raymond De Bard, Alexandra De Bard, Quen De Bard, Gillian De Bard, Emma Reilly, and Owen Reilly. He is also survived by many loving cousins. 

Christopher was an avid Yankee fan and a proud Hayesman. Donations in Christopher’s memory may be made to Cardinal Hayes High School, (class of 1967) Bronx, New York.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Gabriel Church, Bronx, NY on Saturday August 20th at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Queens, NY.
