Margaret Mary Sullivan, of Bronx, NY, passed away on June 1, 2023. Born in the Bronx, Margaret was the daughter of the late Patrick Sullivan and Bridget Sullivan (nee Carrigan). She grew up in the Washington Heights neighborhood of NYC, where she attended St. Elizabeth grammar school and Sacred Heart of Mary High School. Margaret was a Credit Manager Supervisor for Cummins Diesel Engine Corp where she worked for over 30 years until her retirement. It was at Cummins where she met her husband David Aspell.

Margaret was a fiercely loyal friend who cherished her lifelong relationships that she considered family. She was an avid reader who enjoyed going to the beach and playing games on her ipad (especially solitaire).

Margaret was predeceased by her husband, David Aspell and her brother Michael Sullivan. She is survived by her brothers James Sullivan, John Sullivan and Patrick Sullivan, her aunt Mary Carrigan, her sister-in-law, Carol Barno (Brian), nieces Eileen (James), Erin, Emily and Joanna (Jonathan), great nephews Jonathan Jr, Julian and Theo, great niece Juliette and a host of relatives and friends.

A wake will be held at Riverdale-on-Hudson Funeral Home located at 6110 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY from 3 to 7 pm on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Margaret's of Cortona Church located at 6000 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 9:45 AM. Interment will be at St. Raymond's Cemetery and a luncheon to celebrate Margaret's life will be held at Connaughton's Riverdale Steak House located at 5700 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY.

Margaret, we will always love and miss you. Until we meet again.
