Ruby Enriquez, a woman whose life radiated love, faith, and joy, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on February 14, 1931—Valentine’s Day—Ruby’s life was a reflection of the love and kindness she so freely gave to everyone around her and a true romantic at heart.
A deeply religious woman, Ruby’s faith was the foundation of her life. She spent much of her time in prayer, finding strength and peace in her relationship with God. Her faith guided her through every moment, and she shared it with others through her warmth, compassion, and constant support.
Known for her radiant smile and generous heart, Ruby was also a romantic at her core. She had a special way of making others feel valued and loved, offering compliments, kind words, and laughter to brighten the lives of all who crossed her path. Whether singing, dancing, or simply spending time with family and friends, she lived her life with joy and gratitude.
In addition to her deep love for people, Ruby had a passion for music and dance that was unmistakable. She could often be found humming a tune or moving to the rhythm of her own joy, her laughter blending effortlessly with the music she so adored. For Ruby, life was meant to be celebrated. A celebration of Ruby’s life will be held at St. Peter the Apostle Church, River Edge, NJ where loved ones are invited to share stories, honor her memory, and remember the woman who brought so much light and love into the world.
